Maiden TV voyage!

Excited to see how the new truck does. Going about 250 miles and over Snoqualmie pass. Will update results after the weekend.

Very nice. Should be easy tow for that truck.

Sorry for the delay in updating. It was a hectic return to work and I am on night shift so it's been busy while we were finishing up Little league tournaments.

The Sierra did great. Power with the 6.2L was never an issue and the brakes are awesome! The built in controller is sure a nice perk as well as everything else in a new loaded pickup.

We actually went about 700 miles as we ended up changing campgrounds on Sunday. We pulled a total of nine passes ranging from 3200-5000 ft elevation. 3 tanks of fuel averaged out around 11.5mpg overall with a best of 12.3.

I do feel the trailer a bit more with the 1500 vs the solid axle F250, but never uncomfortable. I may look into the E4 hitch a bit more as just using a Reese 10k WDH with the bar/chain setup.
