Central vacuum not working in Alpine: Edit: Fixed !
Got a new to me 2021 Alpine 3220RL. I can't get the central vacuum, to power up. ( Roadvac by Intervac) It may be hard wired as I don't see any wires.
Its located just inside the entry door next to the steps. Any ideas?

It’s 120 volt. Are you plugged into shore power? Did you check the breaker panel?

This is trouble shooting ideas from the manual.
TROUBLE SHOOTING:
TIP: Model CS-RM if you do not have any suction power, but the motor runs:
A) One of the gray hoses connecting the vacuum with a valve came loose or was not connected properly.
B) The slider on the vacuums front panel is not closed.
NOTE: IF MOTOR SUDDENLY STOPS:
1. The most common cause is a clogged hose. Disconnect vacuum hose from cleaner, hold one end high up in the air and drop a quarter or similar object into the hose. If the quarter gets stuck the hose is clogged. Try to unclog the hose with a long stick or see below "cleaning the hose".
2. The bag is overfilled, or fine dust has clogged the bag. Replace with new bag.
DO NOT EMPTY AND REUSE
3. The vacuum cleaning tools are clogged.
4. Vacuuming large amounts of dust other than household dirt, such as dry-wall or fine wood dust can block the bags pores fast, even if the bag is fairly new; resulting in burning out the motor.
5. The motor filter is dirty and should be cleaned or replaced.
6. If vacuum unit is installed in an airtight compartment the exhausting air cannot escape, the motor can overheat and shut off until it has cooled down and is restarted, see page 10.

I would also check the wiring on the CS-RM vacuum you have installed. On a lot of Alpines the vacuum uses a power share feature and shares the same circuit as another appliance... Many Alpine owners have had issues with this..
Simply locate the connections at the vacuum itself and check with a mutimeter to see if you actually have 120 vac power to the vacuum.

I don't know about the alpines, but my Fuzion had the central vac plugged into a 110 receptacle hidden behind the wall in the basement. It could be unplugged, or on a GFCI that tripped.

Update: Fixed it .
Long story short, there was no power to it, I checked at the back of the vac. Someone had unhooked the hot wire and capped it off with a wire nut. So, they had a problem with the shared circuit.
I capped the wires coming to the vac and ran a new wire with plug through to the front storage area receptacle which was closest.
I called Intervac in Florida and Danny was very helpful.
Works great !
Thanks for the helpful suggestions guys.

If I knew for certain what year/model RV you are asking about I could give you a precise/exact answer...
I will guess that you are asking about the Dirt Devil CV1500.. If so then here is the link for the owners manual
https://www.dirtdevilrv.com/CMSFiles...l%20CV1500.pdf
** Modify your signiture block to show the Year, Make, Model and it will make it easier for folks to provide you precise accurate info down the road

Then you have the unit CV1500 in your Alpine.. I am an Alpine owner and know the Alpine line front and back..
Read the owners manual and you will learn all that you need to know.. including the power management wiring you will find on the central vac...
