Pretty much year round for us. I work a couple of projects that require 7 day weeks and we have a farm about 20 miles and a whole world away that we go to nearly all winter.

We're in Texas as well and we normally camp from the beginning of March through Thanksgiving. We could probably do February as well but are usually do a cruise then instead.
We usually do a trip in early or mid March as a practice run to make sure everything works after winter storage before we take our spring break campout. We almost always do a 5+ day trip which allows us to venture out further from home. We then camp 1-2 times a month finishing up with an annual 4-5 day trip to Goose Island State Park in Rockport, TX over thanksgiving week.
There are weekends in Dec, Jan, Feb that would be fine for camping as long as we could take spontaneous trips (like, "oh look how nice the weather is this weekend - lets go camping." However, we're always been so busy, it's never happened.

We're in central Colorado and we try to camp year-round. Generally, we don't get out in November or December because of the holidays (too much going on) but we're going to try to camp over Thanksgiving this year.
Here's a pic from the end of February this year.

When I was younger I would load the camper on the truck at anytime during the yr. I didn't care what the weather was like just as long as I was away from it all and the fishing was good
We're taking a trip to the Yukon this summer in the car and we'll be mapping out places that we want to travel to when we can hook up and go again

From as soon as we can get out to as late as possible - and geared to when campgrounds, private and state are open. Unfortunately, here in the Northeast, this is what we have to contend with, quite often from Thanksgiving through much of April and the real nasty temps to go along with that white blanket:

In Southeastern Mass/Cape Cod from April 1 until mid November for me. That's when the water is on at my favorite campgrounds

I'm self employed and work mostly weekends. The wife teaches at the kids school. For us, we do a lot of Sun-Thurs type trips jammed into summer vacation for school. This year we'll camp about 6 times starting in two weeks! There will be one time where we get home on Thursday, and go right back out that Sunday. Not at all upset about it!

anytime between January 1 thru December 23, and it does get cold here, and we have been snowed on, but it was more comfortable than being in a tent

My camping window is whenever I can take leave. Does that count?

Just to go camping, spring time if nice conditions and thru summer. I also use the RV for big game hunting, seasons Sept thru Dec. and when working for OSP I used RVs once to several times a year thru out the year to stay in while at training thru out Oregon. I saved the state a bunch of money on lodging and meals. I do not like to drive on ice and snow but, sometimes need to.
