Connecting to BCM

I have a 2016 Keystone Alpine for 1 year and since I have had it I have had 1 problem after another. Does anyone know what to do or how to fix it? I have tried everything from completely shutting down power, to turning non and off the main electric control panel, turning on and off the battery....

I have extended warranty but how to do I start process and who do I call? The dealership sales/service company is awful!

Please help me!

I'm sorry but what does BCM mean? As far as your extended warranty, if you don't like your dealer you may be able to find another that accepts it. Look at your warranty paperwork and it should provide the information. Hope you get your issues resolved.

Welcome to the forum

Sorry to hear of your issues, I think your talking about a remote control panel in the coach right? It would help if we knew which system you have. As far as the extended warranty, you should contact the warranty company for a list dealers/ repair facilities in your area.

Have you contacted the BCM manufacturer yet? If not, they would be a great source of help.

As stated I would check with the BCM manufacture. If I recall correctly some manufactures are making mods available converting wireless communication between their modules to direct wiring. Glad I do not have to deal with these wireless communication issues

Part of Jensen's "In Command" system.

I'd suggest going through Keystone's Customer Support. They can help finding a responsible dealer and also help with contacting Jensen regarding the BCM. The Keystone Customer Service numbers are as follows:

574-537-3900
866-425-4369

These products fall into the realm of computerized control functions. One thing that can lead to multiple, seemingly non related problems is a faulty ground. Also look into replacing the main logic or controller board if that hasn't been tried yet.
Our extended warranty does cover our in command and leveling system. Hopefully yours does as well.
Best of luck and keep us posted with the outcome
