Sewer Hose Storage Question
I'm new to the toy hauler line but have had 5th wheel and TTs for years and each of my 5ers and TTs have had a cheesy bumper that would hold my sewer hose between uses. My new Toy Hauler (Carbon 357) doesn't have a bumper nor does it look like one would go on so I'm wondering where you all store your sewer hose at? I really don't want to carry it in a garbage bag in my pass through or garage like my dealer suggested.
Thanks in advance!

You can search and find some threads about using a 4x4 piece of PVC tube under the frame. I coil mine up in to a blue plastic bin and put it in the passthrough.

I bought a rubbermade bin with cover and keep my hose and other fittings in it for the waste water. I have another for fresh water parts and hoses. I labelled them fresh and waste so I don't have to open them to see which is which. When I set up I start with the fresh water connections while my hands are clean. Then I connect up the waste water with dispoable gloves on. When I take up I do it in the same order, fresh first while clean then waste with gloves. In both cases I then wash up.

That's exactly how I do it as well.

I have a 2013 381 Fuzion, it has a tube with a cap mounted near the front under the camper. The sewer line can be placed in it when not in use. I have seen these types of tubes in camping world catalogs.

Take a look at this thread, some of us find it a great solution.

It's a bit pricey, But it is my favorite mod. I never come into contact with the poo, only road dirt. It extends and reaches to either end of my toy hauler. Takes less than a minute to setup or put away.

Here is what I did. There was plenty of room between the gas tanks to mount this. It is a Super Tube from D&W inc.

Same here, but I have translucent bins so I can see what's inside each. One for fresh water, one for waste water, and one for general outdoors equipment. I keep the end caps on the drain hoses when they're in the bin. Helps shorten their length and no leaks.

My fuzion has a Storage tube built in but it only fits maybe 24 inch hose = worthless. I was going to order a 60 or 90 inch one but I see the generator exhaust pipe is in the way. For now I have all my sewer hoses and connections in a see through bin in the basement

I have a TT but I added a 6 inch PVC tube attached to the frame in front of the wheels. Can store 30 feet of hose plus the elbow in it. Works great.

Thanks for the tips. I had a credit at my RV dealer so I picked up one of the DW "SUPER-SLIDER Adjustable SUPER-TUBE" sewer carriers.
http://www.dwincorp.com/products/125...ble-SUPER-TUBE
Now I just need to a to find a place to mount it. My underbelly is enclosed and I'm not sure but I don't think the sewer tube will go from I-beam to I-beam.

Which version did you get? I got the 80" version which allowed it to fit across the I-beams. The 60" version will not fit.

Sewer Hose Storage Question
I used a 5x5 8' fence post mounted behind the rear axle. I can fit 4 sections of 10' ez coupler hose and the clear attachment in it no problem. Be sure to connect the sections tho or you'll be digging in there for the them [emoji23]. Drill a few holes in the bottom for drainage and your done for around $30.

We are lucky the Raptor came with a small door at the front beside the generator that has a grated mesh floor that we store our hoses

My 2011 Fuzion 322 Touring Edition has a lockable storage container that slides out. I'm not sure if it's technically for the sewer hose or the electrical cord but I use it for the extra length of sewer hose. It also has a tube that swings out that I store the sewer connection hose then just add extra hose if needed. Pretty ridiculous the new ones don't have this.

I'm surprised that the higher end RVs like my Raptor don't come with something like the $275 EZ Clean system like I installed. No slinky. It's permanently installed. It telescopes in and out, swivels in any direction. It comes standard to extend to over 6 ft. I carry three additional sections to reach over 20' when necessary. I just unclip the bungee cords and extend it into place. When finished, I lift it back onto the rack and clip on the bungee cords. I'm on my fourth year with no problems. I don't know how many slinkys it would cost to justify the cost, but its the best addition to my RV.

This is absolutely the best solution of all. I did it on our fiver and it worked so well I took it off when we sold it and bought a smaller pull behind and reinstalled it. Cheap, easy solution.

SloMo,
Your comment about having to "dig for hoses" brought to mind the "drawer" many of us build for the fence post mod. Have you considered a section of plastic rain gutter to use as a drawer? It is a fast and easy mod for the fence post sewer holder and makes it very convenient to get to anything inside by simply pulling the gutter out like a drawer.
