Reese to what or can i

I have a Reese elite pop out ball system mounted in my truck already. 2011 f250 short box. I’m running a goose neck adapter right now and I do not have enough clearance on tight turns. So after looking for options it looks like the best thing to do is go to a fifth wheel hitch. But it would be nice to use the holes that are already there. I have been looking for used hitches. So my question is do I have to use a Reese elite hitch or are there other hitches out there that will mount to the setup I have already.
Thanks in advance

I THINK you're asking if there is any other brand of hitch that will fit the Ford factory puck system????? If that's your question, Curt Hitch makes one, Reese makes one and there are some aftermarket systems as well.
