"John" . As in John "Cougar"
Most often referred to as the "RV Galactica" when we're trying to back into a tight camp spot

I jokingly call my hubby's truck "Clifford" because it's a "Big Red Truck" - so the 5th wheel is the "Doghouse"

I refer to our TT as "The Mayflower" and the truck is "Baby 1 Ton"!

I have not named my truck, but the trailer is called Cubie. The name comes from the model, 202 QBWE (Queen Bed Western Edition). I have never named a car or truck, and since we have had at least one car but only one truck for many years it's easy to just refer to it as "the truck."

DW has just suggested "Dierdre" ....???
Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?

But seriously, we named our GPS "Dory" for its tendency to send us off on "adventures".

Oh my goodness, haven't been on the forum in a while and when I saw this post reborn, just had to check it out. So glad so many have enjoyed naming their RVs and posting those names for others to enjoy. Keep them coming!

Our truck is named Big Black and the trailer is The Beast. Our truck is a black Ram so the name seemed to fit (It is not meant to be derogatory at all). Trailer is The Beast because it is about 10 feet longer than our last trailer.

I love everyone's names and why they chose them.

The DW is a Southern Girl and wanted all the rigs to be Belle (part of her family nickname). Since they will all be travelling, they are Gypsy's. The 5er is the 3rd unit we've owned, hence the III. That is how we got to "the gypsy, Belle III."

Wilson was the volleyball's name in Castaway and yes, I have one of those as the antenna topper. The same as the 5er, third unit to carry the antenna topper.

Ha Ha,
We, well, maybe I, name our cars and trucks. The Sprinter Campfire 27RLS.....no majority vote yet, but I keep wantin' to refer to it as Double T. Just hasn't caught fire with a majority yet....I am beginning to wonder if it ever will....but I am not hearing any other ideas!

Jim, I noticed these are all heartfelt, mushy names to make one feel good. I’m betting most RV’s are referred to names you can’t repeat in front of your mother, more times than not.
Let me tell you what I called the tires on the Raptor when they let loose.......uh, maybe not.
Carry on.

We sold our cabin two years ago this July. And wanted to find a lake house somewhere. Pocketbook couldn't handle that though. So we got our TT.

So our name for our TT is "The C.O.W."

.
wait for it....
.

.
The Cabin On Wheels!!!

And we can park it at many lakes!!!

"Mobile Duplex"
Because of the separate garage for the separate living area (kids mostly) and the SIZE of this thing makes us think of a duplex!!!
