Backup camera

Hi my trailer is pre wired for a camera, when I opened the panel mounted to my trailer the wires had a female plug on it, the cover said it was a furious box. As the camera I have has only bare wires what kind of plug do I need to attach to the wires or should I cut the existing plug off and just join the wires together. Thanks for your advice in advance.

If your trailer was pre-wired for a Furrion camera, it will have the mounting base suitable for a Furrion camera (as well as the power connector). What type of camera did you get? Does it fit in the Furrion base?
