The 2010 Retreat is probably a 30 amp trailer. If so, then you'll need to wire an additional source of power to the new air conditioner. That may or may not be possible depending on the available campground power plug and availability to upgrade that to 50 amps or additional dedicated power for the new air conditioner.
Also, if there is a ceiling fan in the area, is there a 14" roof vent also? Typically, ceiling fans are mounted to "solid roof structure". If, by ceiling fan you really mean a "powered fan in a 14" roof vent" then they typically are 12 VDC and that would probably mean that there is no 120VAC power to that area. You'd have to pull the ROMEX to the vent as well as adapt it to the campground power plug.
It's a daunting task, if possible, but depending on the availability of additional power from the campground, it may be impossible.
On the other hand, if the Retreat is wired as a 50 amp trailer and is already prepped for a second A/C, then all that would be necessary is to remove the appropriate roof vent and install the A/C in it. Wiring should be found either under the roof vent plastic molding flange or in a ceiling electrical box, usually located adjacent to the roof vent that is prepped for an A/C installation.
