Battery tender voltage

Last year I got a battery tender so I could keep my batteries in the garage and care for them there. Running them last year I thought the reading was ~ 13.7v. This year I vnoticed them at 13.1v and just checked it again, 13.2. Been on for 6 days now.

Sound ok to you all?
Thanks

Should be good. A fully charged 12 volt battery is ~12.9 volts. If you have more than 1 battery charge them individually.

Better yet bu6 an inexpensive hydrometer at Wally World or any auto parts store and do a specific gravity test on each cell... this will tell you the “real” charge state of the batteries

And when a cell is low is it still recommended to use distilled water?

If you're referring to the fluid level being low then yes, use distilled water.
