Landing Gear Problem

After arriving home today from a short drive, I disconnected my trailer.
After lowering my landing gear and pulling away, I noticed that the landing leg on the drivers side (leg with the motor), was about 1/4 inch above the wood (Both pieces of wood are identical in height) and the trailer was on level ground. This left the other leg supporting the entire weight of the trailer. I reconnected and lifted the legs. At that time I noticed that one leg is about 5 inches different in height than the other. I did some testing and both legs separately will support the trailer and able to lift its weight.
The legs both go up and down together at the same speed and do not bind but the one on the driver side retracts fully while the passenger side is 5 inches lower.
So when fully retracted the driver side is up where it should be and the passenger side is still lower by about 5 inches.

Is there a way to determine if the problem is fixable or do I have to replace one or both legs or some parts.

Also any idea how this happened. This trailer is less than 2 years old with minimal use of the landing gear. Maybe 30 connects and disconnects.
The trailer was recently in for service and I'm sure it was moved by a tractor a number of times with the landing gear down the entire time.
The legs do not look bent.

Do you have the Lippert Ground Control leveling system?

No, it is just a standard landing gear with a rocker switch.

I'm thinking you have a sheared drive bolt in the interconnect shaft.

I thinking the same thing, there is a shear pin on the top side of the jack under the cover, just helped a gentleman a couple of weeks ago tear his apart at an rv park, same thing happened to him. fairly easy fix if you want to tackle it yourself, you have to remove the jack completely to work on it...

Thanks for the input.

I will start disassembly today and see what I find.

I took the unit apart yesterday after I was able to confirm which side was the problem. (Lead) Then trying to identify who made it. (Venture-Lippert)
I have ordered a replacement leg due in next week.
