Question crack in floor

I am looking at a 2009 318sab. Unit has been parked since new at camp ground
in northern OH. Seller states because of weather, (very cold last winter) the floor cracked by the kitchen. Crack is diagonal from inside corner of cabinets
to the slide out on the opposite end. Owner says that this happened to several units because of cold this past winter. Should i worry about this? We plan on keeping there and not moving it.[SIZE="4"]
