Leveling Jacks

My 5th wheeler is sit up in a park for three months. It has a six way auto level system which I used when we sit it up. It is also on a concrete pad. I've noticed after a few weeks I'm getting a little more shaking in my RV. My question...Is it ok to auto level again with my slides out after it's already sit up? I also already have the X Chalks between my tires and a tripod under my hitch.

Pull your slides in before you 're-level (I bet it is still level). Take the chocks and tripod off as well before you start.
