Smile 1st Time RVer

Hi,

I just purchased my RV today (Keystone Hideout 23RKS).
My wife and I are looking forward to our 1st outing on Dec. 11th. We live in Davenport, IA. Any recommendations on where to go for the 1st time out? I look forward to reading the threads in this forum and getting to know some of the folks here.

Cole

Welcome aboard. My only suggestions would be to pick a location close to home with full hook-ups so you can test out and get used to all your systems, and bring lots of tools.

Welcome to the forum. I think you will enjoy the livability of a rear kitchen. We have found that it fits our lifestyle best. Hoping you have a great first trip and let us know how it was. Good luck with your new trailer, Hank

Hi, and welcome to the forum, here's a checklist that you can download and printout to help you go through the systems and all on the trailer: http://eaa1358.com/Passport/Pre-Deli...0Checklist.pdf Congratulations on your new purchase.

Flyguy, I want to thank you for that checklist. I've got in front of me now and Tina and I are planning to use it when we go to pickup up our new 2010 Keystone Sprinter 318FLS, this Saturday.

Cole,

Congratulations on your new Keystone TT! Sure hope we meet up sometime.

I'm glad you like it and here's a link that explains how to deploy and retract a manual awning (just in case you need a little help with that) of course if it's a power awning then you don't need it. http://eaa1358.com/Passport/Awning/A...0Operation.pdf
