Newb with a Couger 29BHSWE

Hello,

New guy here from Oregon wanting to introduce myself. I just picked up a 2011 Couger 29BHSWE. My wife and two daughters love camping as much as I do, but as they have grown and our trips have gotten longer, we had to upgrade from the 1985 21' Komfort we were all crammed in before. Wow! What a difference in room and comfort! Can't freakin wait for a decent weekend to try this thing out on it's maiden voyage!

I'm towing it with a 2008 Tundra DC TRD. This trailer looked HUGE when we got it hooked up after our walk through with the tech, but towed like a dream with the WD hitch and Prodigy controller i got from the dealer. In the 2 hour drive from the dealer to my house I got to tow on open highway, tight canyon turns and lots of hills, no issues. We'll see how Tundra and trailer do loaded with gear and wood though soon.

I have learned a lot already by lurking and now look forward to posting for help as I slowly talk my wife into mods for this thing!

Welcome to the forum and congradulations on the new camper. I don't think your Tundra will have any trouble towing the trailer (just a wild guess) and good luck to you.
