New to RVing

Congrats on your new TT. Driveway trips are a great way to gauge what you need to stock your rig with. Great memories ahead! Welcome to the forum from SE Texas.

Yeah, we are staying close to home to begin with, a couple trips to green lakes just to get our feet wet. Plus we have baby #2 due first week of june. Ive been looking up a lot of different areas though, like the adirondacks. Very excited to get started.

Welcome to the forum from Southern MD. Congrats on the new TT and especially the little one on the way. Train them while they are young and someday they will be campers with their families too.

How long have you had that trailer? Any real issues?

Congratualtions on the new trailer but more importantly on the the growing family! Just wanted to share with you that we didn’t waste any time when our children were born getting back into the rhythm of camping! Newborn babies can adapt easily once you and your wife feel ready to venture out! Tip - our play-pen fit perfectly in the dinette both for napping/sleeping once we removed the table top. Didn’t have to do that for too long because they grow so quickly!

Great!! I️ will tell you that the one we used in the camper was a smaller sized one I️ found second hand but I️ imagine it wouldn’t be too hard to find one to fit!

Believe it or not we have a small one from a hotel already. We were going to get rid of it because we bought a full size one, but not if it can be repurposed.
