Titan Flame Electric Fireplace Glass Removal

I just purchased a 2018 Cougar 366RDS with a Titan Flame WF Series Electric Fireplace located at the rear of the unit, mounted underneath the TV. I picked the unit up and brought it to Florida for the winter and I have discovered there are finger prints behind the glass. I checked the installation instructions to see if there is an easy way to remove the glass. It shows the final step in the installation process is to "Place the front glass surround over the front of the fire aligning the slots in the bracket at each side of the glass panel with the lugs on the sides of the fire".

The picture is not very clear and I am not sure how the lugs and the glass attach. I would like to remove the glass but it seems to be jammed on the frame and I am reluctant to pry it in case it breaks.

Does anyone have any idea how to remove the glass?

On mine (Titan Flame EF-35BF). About 4 inches down on each side of the glass there is a metal lock. Slip your thumbnail in and push out and up. Once you've unlocked it the glass lifts up and out easily.

There may be screws near the top on the inside edge. I just replaced the glass on one last week. The glass has 4 hooks and the frame has 4 studs, glass lifts up and then out.
