Corner Molding Replacement

We had a mishap and damaged our new 2019 Cougar 29BHS by running into a wooden pole. It was my second time driving and we pulled in, in the dark. Luckily the damage isn't too bad, I just need to replace the bottom of the corner molding and the solar charger cover.

Does anyone know where I can get these parts? Are they custom to keystone or are they off the shelf? We are living in it full-time and don't want to have to take it to a dealer and wait who knows how long to get repaired. Alternatively, does anyone know a good repair place in Southern California Riverside area that can do the repair quickly? We are here for another 10 days then we head to AZ.

Take a piece of the corner molding into an RV parts dept. they should be able to match it. You will probably have to buy an 8 foot piece. If you need new screws, you should be able to get stainless steel square head screws at Home Depot. If you have the capability, cut the piece you are adding so you create a “tongue and groove” and slide the end of your new piece under the existing piece. Use plenty of non leveling Dicor.

If your going to try to fix it yourself, this video is a pretty good step by step guide.
