Furrion cooktop FGH4ZSASS 2019 3700FL

My Furrion cook top seems to need the on/off knob depressed for a long time before it will stay lit. The right burner will stay lit after depressing the knob for 15 seconds. The middle burner requires at least 25 seconds of manually holding the on/off knob depressed before it can be released. The left takes about 18 seconds to stay lit. Does this seem to be the norm for those of you who have this new style cook top from Furrion? I sure miss the the the simpler cook tops we've had in the past, that didn't have this feature! I'd be interested to know a small sampling of how yours works. Thanks so much!

I’ve never bothered to time it. I don’t think it’s that long though.

Try “wiggling” the knob. I have found there is a sweet spot that the knob needs to “hit”.
