I don't often buy them. I did buy one for my truck 2006 GMC 2500HD with 6.6 diesel. With about 1000 miles remaining, I lost the fuel pump in Tifton Ga. I took to a GM dealer there. The bill was $11,000. I paid $1000, that one was worth buying. I don't think that I've bought another one. But that one paid for itself. I bought it because it was the first year for the 6speed Allison, it's been great.
