3rd air prep, has anyone used it?

I've got a Keystone Montana 3731, a 2017, and it's prepped for a 3rd AC in the kitchen. From what I've read on the forums the added ac will work in conjunction with the rear ac. So essentially the rear most ac gets prioritized. While I'd rather have all 3 run at the same time, this may be all you really need and it would be easy enough to install. I just want to ask if anyone has done this with their trailer and what their experience has been.
