Inside my docking station I have 2 places I can hook up a cable line. One is for satilite. The other for cable from the campground. Plus inside the master bedroom I have a little button on the plate to push for cable or satilite. Check those things if you have them. Also your owners Manuel may shed some light. Also did you ask any other campers if they are having any problems work their coaches.

On my 2019 Fuzion 429 all the cables were loose and 1 wasn’t even crimped ... quality workmanship at its best.
