Missing foam??
Seems like there used to be some foam and some kind of adhesive/sealant here that is gone. Is also right by wheels and tires so imagine it's very susceptible to spray when roads are wet.
Any recommendations on a remedy would be appreciated. Also what are the capped plumbing fittings for??

Missing foam??
Lots of factories use expanding foam. The frame is upside down so it was easy to apply. You can get a can of foam, turn the can upside down and just hold the nozzle tube up. Apply a small amount and let it stick before adding more.
Capped lines are most likely the low point drains for the fresh water system.

Thanks Chuck. By foam you mean Great Stuff expanding foam?? All other electrical seems to just have a pile of silicone on them where they head up thru floor. This is only area where foam was used.
Will foam keep water from coming up into floor from road spray during travel if applied per recommendation??
It appears that there is a layer of insulation and some kind of poly cloth over it sandwiched between frame.

Great stuff is what we use. If the void is sealed, it will keep water out of the underbelly.
