2004 Keystone Hornet Park Model Problems

We have a 35 ft FSRB 2004 keystone hornet, this year
upon attaching city water connection and turning on gas for hot water tank- the tank ignites and heats up the water but no hot water comes out of any tap. Water will turn warm then instantly goes cold. There are no bypass valves under rear bunk bed where hot water tank is located. We have drained the hot water tank and the water is hot, just no hot water out any tap.
HELP!

Figured out, there was a bypass valve on the cold water line near hot water tank under the bunk bed that was almost closed- opened and voila hot water flowing!
