Thor industry is American company , im guessing they own 70 percent of the rv market air stream and Jaco now . Record sales of 2 billion bucks . I would like to see a foreign rv company come in and give Thor some compatition.

Just happened to us to! We are out camping and the bottom dropped out. Not sure how to add a picture but we are pissed! Have to figure out how to get it fixed enough to tow home and to the dealer. Ugh! Not happy at all.

Just had the exact same issue with my 2018 - 369. First time filling up fresh water tank and lucky I did it before I took off. Heard the same "bang" and the brace fell to the ground, worse yet from the front, which would have been a disaster on the road. I knew bette than to call anyone on this issue because it wold have just wasted my time. Crawled under and fixed myself. [IMG]IMG_1661.jpg
