Question LCI Remote control Question?

Hey guys
My 2010 Sprinter has a remote control that is suppose to operate stabilizers, front jacks, security light, awning and room. The only room that operates is the largest which is the living room slide that the couch and dinette set sits on. Is there something I'm missing to switch this control to operate the other rooms or does it only operate one? I've checked Lipperts web site but it doesn't address this item.

I do not know about your remote control, but this is how my remote works.
1. After you turn the unit on you need to select the function that you want to control.
2. Press the Sel (selection button) once and the one of the controlled features will show up in the display. IE the main slide.
3. Press this again and the next feature is displayed, like the optional slide or bed room slide. Keep pressing this to display the next feature in order to control that function. After you are done you can turn the unit off or leave it and it will turn it's self off after awhile.
I hope this helps.
