Have you done any troubleshooting? Can you hear the compressor come on. If you have a Progressive Industries EMS with a display you would at least see the amperage jump when the compressor is on. Are you connected to shore power 30a or 50a?
Did you check to see if the fast cool vent on the AC cover in the cabin is closed, which would push more air to the ceiling vents. Some vents may have some blockages, those are going to have to be addressed. Make sure fan is on auto on the thermostat and that it's on cool. Keep us posted pls.

At this point you need to test temps. You can use a meat thermometer, put it in the discharge vent (the one blowing out) and see if there is a 20 degree drop. I suspect there isn’t, and that point further testing is needed. What brand of AC is it?

I use two of the swivel, close capable vents that I bought at Amazon. The washroom is like an ice box if I forget to close it.
I hope you find resolve quickly.

If you have a 20 degree drop then the AC is functioning as designed. Time to look at the ceiling vents make sure the ducting is sealed, and the ends of the runs are sealed off

I looked at the specs on your Premier 34BI. Saw something odd that perhaps others with more technical knowledge can help with. Specs show a 38ft. travel trailer using a 28,500 BTU A/C unit?? Must be 2, units 15k and 13.5k. Are both units running? Both giving you 60 degrees at the vent? A TT that size would certainly need both A/C running to cool down.

As far as duct issues, see my post here: http://www.keystoneforums.com/forums...ad.php?t=38150 you may have a similar issue. To summarize my post, pull the main ceiling cover off and make sure the divider between discharge and return is sealed (otherwise it is sucking cold air immediately back into the return), then check the ducts at the main unit and at each of the ceiling vents.
