Slide noise while stowing

I was at the trailer yesterday and put some silicon lubricant on the kitchen and bedroom slides gear arms. As I stowed the bedroom I could hear a “thunk” sound about every three to four seconds. Almost sounded like a tooth gone on the gear drive. I extended and re-stoked the slide out and could not see any issues but could still hear the noise. Any ideas.
