Slide out clicking sound , slide will not extract

I have a 2011 Keystone outback 295 RE . The right side slide (small slide out) will not extract and makes a clicking sound . Moyer was replaced two months ago, worked for a while and now will not extend. Checked for proper level of the camper, obstructions preventing the slide operation. Also any information on the manual operation of the small slide. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Jesse

I’d have to check tightness of cable connections from battery to that motor.
