Power Awning leak

This past week we were rained on. Standing outside under the awning I noticed a water leak coming from the area where the awning attaches to the body of the trailer and running down over the lights. Has anyone had this experience? Where should I be looking? What might be a fix?

I would look at the awning rail. There is probably a seam that wasn’t sealed. The rail is the metal piece that is screwed into the side of the coach.

Don't know where along that length it's leaking but the obvious first question is can you daylight thru the awning anywhere.

The awning material is attached to the camper by a rail that the material slips into. I would check above thar rail for a seal, i.e. silicone the top of the rail to the side of the camper wall. DO NOT get silicone on the roof as it is not compatible with that material.

My 4 month old Bullet leaked or still does I would guess. Still at the dealer with floor rot among other things. A joint in the rails that are mounted on the camper isn't or wasn't sealed. Just needs caulking.
