Hot Water bypass

Ok, I have the 2016 Cougar 327RES and I can't find the hot water Bypass. Any ideas? I would think that it's right under my stove but it doesn't appear to be there.

If it's like mine, it's on the back of the hot water heater. If it has one.

Locate the water heater on the outside, then go inside and look for a access panel. They will usually be behind that panel. You may have to remove some screws to remove the panel. The by pass will be on the back side of the water heater.

That's the problem. Directly behind the water heater is the refrigerator and some cabinets. I don't see any access panels or screws. The kitchen slide out is next to it and I opened every drawer there too with no results. I doubt that the bypass would be located in a slide.

mets721, Howdy;

Sometimes you can't see what you need to just by pulling out drawers
as there may be a verticle panel between the drawers and the HWH.
Start by pulling the panel below the fridge. have a good look-see, if it's
not there keep pulling panels until you find it.

If it's anything like the 2012 327res you need to remove the back paneling in the storage compartment and it is right on the back of the water heater.
