Propane hose rupture

Does anyone know if there has been a recall on the tank hoses to automatic switch? This past weekend I had apotentially dangerous situation where I walked by the propane bottles at the camp site (cover was off) and I heard a hiss and smelled propane. I quickly discovered a bulge in the outer cover of one of the propane hoses. What really disturbs me as I reported a propane smell when the unit was at the dealer last year.Must have been a pinhole in the inner hose. There is a lot number on the made in China hose.
