You're camper per your profile is almost new. That said, roofs and seal maintenance is the owners responsibility. A couple of thoughts:
1. Get up on the roof and inspect all of your seams and the caulking around fixtures for gaps. These can and should be resealed.
2. If you don't have vent covers over your vents, get some and install them. Then you can leave the vents open to allow your trailer to breath.
3. You described your under bed storage as soaked. That would be a lot of condensation to do that. Normally that would appear on the walls and windows, as they are the colder surfaces.
