I do see that now and I’m rethinking that maybe I need to reorder I️t in the brass version. I do think the one you shared is the same size.

We really just wanted the sink for hand washing so it’s probably okay but just the thought worries me.

As far as not being lead free, that wouldn't concern me at all. How often and how much are people going to be drinking from that faucet?

My thought exactly. Unless I was going to drink gallons of water a day from it the worry wouldn't cross my mind. Heck, when I was young toothpaste tubes were made of lead and I'm sure passed along far more than this fitting ever will and we're still uh, uh, uh, OK.

Ha! Well that makes me feel better. I didn’t even mention this to DH yet because I feel pretty sure he would have been less than thrilled to have to mess with those cheap handles again. They were a pain once he put them back on - kept trying to leak and he finally got them just right. [emoji51]
