Basement TV Mount

Looking for advice. We have a 2019 Keystone Carbon 364 and we are looking to add a TV In our basement storage compartment. I am trying to decide between the Morryde horizontal sliding mount and the ceiling slide/drop down mount. I am also open to other suggestions. Looks like the horizontal mount would occupy between 6-10” of space in the compartment but would allow for easier access to the compartment while in use. The drop down would still give full compartment space with exception of height but would block access to compartment while in use.
Please share what you have done and what you think works well as these mounts aren’t cheap. I also thought about a typical swing arm mount but wasn’t sure if they would have enough reach to actually get the tv outside the compartment.
Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Our last fiver and the new one we just purchased, I simply bought a swing-arm TV mount like you would use in your home and mounted it to the side of my basement compartment. Found it on amazon. I can swing the 32" TV out flush with the compartment door for viewing or tuck it away against the side wall when not in use. Works for me!

I installed the Moryde sliding mount and I love it. I can slide out the television and rotate it without taking anything out of the basement. I did build a frame out of aluminum angle iron so I could mount it at the exact distance from the wall and height to insure all clearance issues. I also needed it far enough inside as to not block my central vacuum port but still reach out far enough to rotate. Click image for larger version
