refrigerator/power

I have to store my trailer away from home this summer, where I have 30 amp service.
My question is,where I will be storing it,there is 15 amp service,I noticed that on the back
Of the fridge,in the outside cover there is a 15 amp plug for the fridge, can this be unplugged
From the trailer and plugged into another power source.....
2nd is,I don't think it should be done, but can you go 50amp,to 30amp to 15 amp to just run the
Fridge??
Any advice is appreciated
