TV Antenna controls

Does anyone know where the controls are for my TV antenna on the roof? I looked up there And I have a mast antenna but on the inside I cannot find a manual control or a switch. Is this something new or do I have a defective coach

If your TV antenna raises and lowers then the crank is on the ceiling directly underneath the base of the antenna.

The signal booster switch is on one of the plates near a TV where the coax would connect from the TV.

Can you post a picture of the antenna so I can be sure I'm giving you the correct information.

I will try to get a picture soon. The ladder on the back looks more for show than to hold 225 pounds. From what I can see from the bed of my truck though is it is a mast antenna that cranks up but there isn’t a crank on the base inside the coach. There aren’t any controls on the slide control panel or the remote.

Ok, Ill wait for the pic. I have yet to see any kind of "remote" (switch or hand held remote) for an OTA mast type (crank up) antenna.

My enroute 2018 Fusion, has an omnidirectional antenna that does not get raised or turned. However it looks like a Senar lV.

Maybe they are the same for the new Sprinter.

That might be Winegard's new Rayzar antenna, available in both black and white:
