Talking It's Official!

We picked up our Cougar 333MKS last Wednesday, cleaned up & loaded it Thursday, and Friday were off on our Maiden Voyage for the weekend!

Much thanks to everyone on this forum for all the great tips and advice! We bought the needed truck, and the first trip was a huge success!

Retirement is just months away!!!

That's a great looking rig! Retirement in a few months? Get ready for some "real" fun then. It's all it's cracked up to be

Looking at the trees are you somewhere around Central TX? Not big enough for E TX and much bigger than those out here in W TX.

Congrats and good luck. Retirement sounds good but we still have a bit of time. This weekend, after 4 days we got up Sunday to pack up and it had rained. Sure would have been nice to either go down to register for another night or two or head out and stop someplace on the way home for a couple days.

You're not retiring, just moving on. Now the hard work begins.

Abilene State Park. Had dinner reservations at Perini Ranch for a friend's birthday, so that decidedly our maiden voyage! My steak was perfection!
