I put step covers on. I towed my trailer to the local campground for 4 nights of camping. No fire though might have to use the propane fire pit. Might be the last time before the rainy season comes.

Put new 6K axles on along with 4 new Goodyear endurance tires.

Oh yeah, wet bolt kit going in this week. Also, plan to paint the leaf springs with Rustoleum paint too. IT will all be pretty then..

One thing I did learn on this project that I would like to pass on.
If you have your tires off for any reason check your bolts holding the spring on the axles. I had to only use a breaker bar on 2 bolts on the 16 bolt project. The rest were pretty easy to racket off. Make sure you are tight on these bolts.

What's the torque supposed to be? Wouldn't it have been easier to do the wet bolt kit with the axles off?

Nice!
I only waited on the big brown truck to deliver my new BOLT coupler lock and a second set of Lego blocks (since the new trailer is taller than the old one).

probably.. but it's only 12 bolts now to do that.
I have 2 tires left to mount on the rims then I can place on the tires back on it and set it back down on 4 feet instead of blocks and jack stands.
The winds we have had the last few days had me worried at first so the front is almost on the ground.
good question? I don't know the torque?
Found it! Etrailer.com
Torque ratings
1/2" bolts: 45 ft/lbs - 70 ft/lbs
9/16" bolts: 65 ft/lbs - 95 ft/lbs
5/8" bolts: 100 ft/lbs - 120 ft/lbs

Did the 'a/c ducting mod'. For those who don't know, the A/C ducting in most of our trailers keeps going past the rearmost and frontmost vents, basically into nothing. Makes it pretty un-efficient. So I got some low expansion spray foam and filled in the back half of the ducting. The ducts now deadend at the vents. (Did not do this to the middle vent as it carrys on past to the front bedroom vent) Haven't had a chance to try it out yet, but I've read that others who have done this have felt a noticeable difference.

Put in the oxygenetics rv shower head today, the pressure looks way better. Won't be testing it for a couple weeks yet though.
Also going to pull the trailer kings off tonight and have some Carlisle mounted and balanced tomorrow and paint the rims.

Hooked up yesterday evening and finished loading the equipment and bikes for a weekend at the track in Bowling Green. After all the rain/wind/tropical depression stuff over the last few day this week, it's going to be a glorious weekend weather wise with zero % chance of rain, and temps. in the mid 80's. You couldn't ask for better weather for a September track day weekend.

Unfortunately getting ready to winterize - August and September we got no camping in (had to cancel 3 reservations) because of the wildfires in our area, and we are headed out on other "vacations" in October and November. The November vacation is "Mom and Dad, come down and help me re-do my kitchen and downstairs floors."

Custom Webber BBQ
Got tired of looking for a grill stand I liked. I decided to put the old table saw to work and build my own. Also made a custom grill handle to match out of a piece a branch that fell while camping....
Enjoy

Ordered all new A/C grilles so I can direct the air flow where needed instead of a fixed position straight across the ceiling. Next project is to install a outside vent for the vent hood. Can't believe they left it off the unit. I didn't notice it until we boiled a pot of water and the heat was immediately directed to the inside...
