Fuzion Chrome 420 Booster switch issues

So my original cable tv/air antenna lasted about 2 & 1/2 years. Had to buy a new one while on the road as the cable signal was getting blocked once I turned of the antenna booster. Well at just at a year the 2nd switch crapped out doing the same thing. Cable worked fine once routed w/o the switch but all fuzz trying to pass thru switch. So bought a 3rd switch which I’ll install this week. Here is a pic of the switch. It is only available thru Keystone as manufacture, Dehco, Inc. doesn’t sell retail. So anyone else have this issue? Anyone know how you might repair a bad one should I need to? None of the other manufacturers had all the outputs my setup required.

It runs the air antenna (fm/tv) w/ booster switch on, cable tv w/ switch off to all 4 TVs, has an separate am antenna, all powered by dc power run from dc system. Mine is located in master bedroom in cabinet over the head of the bed. FYI the satellite wiring is completely separate.

booster switch

Seems like one of these from Winegard or King would work - just guessing though...
