Lippert Ground Control 3.0

When getting ready to hook up fifth wheel i was surprised to find that the small screen was blank. Turn the system on but nothing shows up on the little screen. Believe I can get the jacks up manually. but would be nice to see the menu again. Any ideas?

Lippert Ground Control 3.0

Does the LED "power" light come on? Do you have any functions at all?

Can't say anyone here has encountered a blank screen, so I don't have a quick answer, sorry.

If you don't get any information by Monday, I will try to find out what we as dealer techs can gather.

Remove the control panel, unplug it in the rear and plug it back in ~~ so I was told by a tech if that should ever happen.

This works, reboots the panel.

Look in your front storage area. You should see a control head located on the roof on the center line of the trailer. There should be a white plug with one red wire attached. Unplug this plug for up to 45 minutes. Once plugged in, the display may come back. If it does not come back, time for a new display panel. It worked for me the first couple of times. Now, I get nothing. A new display panel cost around $168.00. Even though I got one month of dealer warranty left, going to change it out myself.

I just had the same problem. Ordered a new panel and will install when it arrives. I had read that when you plug into your land line electrical connection. If you don't tighten that connection all the way it will ground and damage the panel.

I highly doubt that could have any effect on it, seeing as how the Ground Control system works off of 12 volts DC, not 120 volts AC.

Just go into manual mode. Lower the jacks at least 8", and then hit retract all. It should clear the error.
