With the picture you posted, can definitely see the rails aren't centered in the bed of your truck. Can't imagine what they were thinking.
Guess I appreciate the puck system in my new RAM 2500.

In addition to the preceeding suggestions, I would be in touch with Keystone to let them know what kind of dealer they have representing them.

Got the rails and hitch installed correctly this time. installed cap bolts over the holes and sprayed bed liner over them, the owner gave me a new 27 gal four wheel waste water tank and 50 amp surge protector for my troubles.

I have purchased 6 rv's over the last 15 years from this dealer they usually does a good job on rv's but will never touch my truck again.

I would have loved to be a fly on the wall when the original installer got called on the carpet by the management. I wonder if he still works there. You really have to wonder what people are thinking sometimes when they do things.

Not to be one to cast doubt on the work that has been accomplished, ...
but did you have a look underneath to ensure that all of the nuts and
washers are securely attached with maybe a spot wield on each to keep
the nuts attached. If no spot wield then perhaps hit each with a chisel
and hammer to disrupt the threads so the nuts stay put... It's what I'd do.

I always read, that somebody looses nuts or bolts on installed Parts like a hitch.
Last week I installed my weight distribution hitch and use a torque wrench for tightening and loctite red additionally to the split lock washers to secure the nuts.
In my opinion is this the only way to install parts right which I never never have to touch in the future.
