dewinterization Montana 2011

This will be my first time dewinterizing my Montana 2011 by my self. Does anyone know where the bypass valve to the hwt is? I want to make sure that I don't get any pink stuff in it when I am flushing out the water. It was turned off correctly in the fall but do not remember where it is now.

It is probably right behind the water heater.

Easiest way to find it is to locate the water heater from outside, then go inside and look for a panel held on with square head screws. Remove them and the panel, and the valve should be there.

If the heater is in the basement area, you may have to remove a wall panel.
