Talking First timers with our New Laredo

Hello all,

Checkin' in.

We'll be picking up our new Laredo 2014 291TG next Saturday and we can't wait. DW and I went through SO many different models of the Outback trying to make one work for our family (2 boys (14 & 10) and a girl, 6) before we came to the conclusion that we liked the Laredo's setup, weight, size, price, quality finish and OUTDOOR kitchen. We even had to drive from KY to OH (Holman) to get one because we couldn't find a Laredo in the state of KY.

Since we are new to this world (and looking to have family fun), we just didn't want to go to big, but we had a list of wants. For us, the bunkhouse works just great, but the kids would have liked the additional room in the back so they could disappear (exactly what we didn't want). Can't wait to get it out for a weekend.

I'll come back and post a picture after we pick it up.

If anyone has any tips for the Laredo 291TG, please share them.

Thank you.

thanks, Hank.

I downloaded a complete PDI today (about 19 pages) and went over all of my tow calculations one more time.
