Montana High Country 331RL specs?

I'm doing some internet shopping for the 3rd and last 5th wheel. It may be 1-3 years out. I was thinking a small Alpine or maybe going off the reservation to Coachmen. But today I stumbled upon the Montana HC 331RL. Dang I like the floorplan. Keystone has yet to publish specs...TBD on their website.
Are there any owners on the forum?? Anyone just happen to know length, pin weight, etc?
Y'all don't make me go to the Houston dealer. There is only one location that I might be welcome at, only because I have never been there.
I guess I'll be asking about residential refrigerators next..........

Do your due diligence before you buy a Coachmen (inspect them thoroughly). I've not looked at them in 3 years because the ones I looked at made me RUN to a Keystone.

I've never had a residential fridge and don't think I want one. I like the versatility of the dual "fuel" of an RV fridge. If I was going to live in one full time I might reconsider but I don't intend to do that. Had a friend just come in a couple of days ago with a new Big Horn and the new "residential" fridge. The fridge was one of the first things he complained about.

Yeah my perception always has been that Coachmen wasn't anything I wanted. The Azdel backer on the walls does sound appealing though. The Chaparrall line has a couple good floorplans.
It looks like the 5th wheel manufactures are going to residential fridges in more and more of the higher line models. Some still have a choice. We have been so snakebit on our Dometic gas fridge I am about ready to try anything else. Reality is, we almost always are hooked up and have the 2 Honda gens when we're not.

There must be a reason Grand Designs DOESN’T use a residential fridge in any of the high end units.

Disregard the question about the 331 specs, I just realized the 330 is the same plan but with a RV fridge. Specs are listed for the 330.

The 330RL and the 331RL are the same floorplan. The only difference is the 12cuft RV refrigerator vs the 18cuft residential refrigerator. Keystone has started building "sequential model numbers" for most of their luxury trailers which gives the owner a choice of refrigerator type. Otherwise, the floorplans are the same. So, there may be a "few pounds difference" but the reefer is over the axles, so it shouldn't impact the pin weight that much. The specs for the 330RL are:

Shipping Weight 11125
Carrying Capacity 3135
Hitch 2255
Length 37' 4"
Height 12' 9"
Fresh Water 66
Waste Water 49
Gray Water 98
LPG 60
Tire Size ST235/80R16F

Whats wrong the the res. Fridge? Ive had both and much prefer the res fridge. You also gain a built in ice maker.
The package with the res. Fridge includes an inverter that runs off the batteries when dry camping.

Nothing is “wrong” with a residential fridge. But it IS a residential unit not an RV unit built to take all the bumps and temperature swings of an RV.

Then there’s repair-if it’s under warranty, then as evidenced by a couple of threads here, service companies shy away because it’s in an RV and most likely on a slide making removal for service a major undertaking. RV refers can be serviced at any RV service center.

Residential refers require added locking mechanisms to keep the doors closed during travel.

But to each their own. If it works for you, good.

Actually, there is one thing wrong with a residential fridge as opposed to an RV style. At least the Samsung unit that Kestone uses in my 2016 Fuzion has the 100 degree ambient temperature compressor limitation. If operated under these conditions, compressor damage may occur. If you’ve never checked the temp inside your RV when stored, it easily goes above 100 when temps get into the 80’s in direct sunlight.

This is not a problem for everyone especially if you full time or store your RV on a site with full hookups and can leave the AC on but I like mine in the driveway between trips. With the RV fridge in our previous 5th wheel, I only kept a 15 amp extension cord connected with all systems off but the RV fridge. For the Fuzion I had to run 50 amp service from the house so I can leave an air conditioner on in the summer.

Makes perfect sense.

Additionally, it's almost impossible to tow during the summer (and even in winter in some places) without the interior of the RV reaching 100 degrees. With that limitation, many people are "risking their refrigerator" if they tow and operate the refrigerator to keep their food cold.

The 100 degree temperature limit should be a consideration for everyone with a Samsung (possibly other brands as well) refrigerator. With the "new technology" in refrigerator compressors, they have been reduced in size to an absolute minimum, so operating them outside their limits is "risky business"...

Sitting unprotected in the Texas sun the interior could reach 100+ about 9 months out of the year. No way I'm running the A/C just cool the fridge.
The next one will go under a barn, carport, or something, or there won't be a next one.
OK, residential fridge research is done.

This is also a problem for these newer compressors to put the 2nd house frig out in the garage. I've heard of brand new units losing their compressor in a few months in the garage, and they are not covered under warranty due to installation not following their recommended conditions.

^^^I've got a computer fan under the garage beer/bait fridge. Fingers crossed...it's a Kenmore...low expectations.
It's really gonna stank when it goes bad.
