Welcome Jim, we too are very happy with our 327RES. It's just now a year old, and so far we have had 52 nights camping in it. Happy camping, Sam

Hi Jim and welcome. Love our 327 also, camped almost every weekend this year, winterized and in the building for now, but back to Arizona in January. Haven't had any problems at all except for the typical loose screws etc. Don't hesitate to ask any questions on her you may have, there is alot of 327 owners that will give you good advice. Happy Campin.........Ron
