LCI 4 point level up

Cougar 336FLS. I had a Battery/converter issue. Converter wire came loose. LCI control panel was beeping. I hit enter to acknowledge and then shut it off. Went to hook up today and now the panel backlight comes on but there is no display to scroll through for operation. Can anybody help?!!

How charged are the batteries?

Now an RVIA registered tech. Retired from Law enforcement in 2008 after 25+ yrs.

Batteries are fully charged. Had problem running the jacks up and down. After the wire was reconnected to the converter I had plenty of battery and was then connected to shore power for 4 full days of camping. Went to leave today when the problem struck.

Ok. Unplug the harness from the touch pad for 10 seconds.

While those may be great products, they would do nothing for the problem posted.

Agreed, that's analogous to an OP saying they're thirsty and then someone posts a link to a cup in case they find water. Those are nice levelers though, but kind of annoying if your axles are too close and I don't want to cut mine.
