Female to Male Propane Line

Went to the camper tonight to replace the pigtails where my propane leak was found. Since the regulator isn't coming in for a month, I was going to see if the issue was the pigtails only. Regardless, found the line from the regulator to the frame in really bad condition. See pic. This is a 48" line, but I'm having trouble finding it online. I'm probably not using the right keywords. Can you guys point me in the right direction?

I'm just going to replace the regulator, pigtails, and now this line and be done with it. I bought this to seal everything up when I install it.

If you have a local propane distributor, one that installs home tanks, and does bulk delivery. They can build a hose to specifications that you need, and for low cost.

I think this is what you need: https://www.etrailer.com/Propane-Fit...iABEgIL9vD_BwE but you can get one made at any propane distributor center (the places that sell, service and set large home/business propane tanks)....

Only use that sealant on the pipe thread end not the flair end.

Just to verify, i can put it on the male ends of the pigtails that go into the regulator, and on the male end of the line that i'm currently trying to buy, but not on the female (flair) end, right? I was wondering why there seems to be sealant on all 3 of those places currently, but none on the female end. I can't say for sure, but I probably would have put it on there if you hadn't said not to. I appreciate the help.

None of the propane distributors within 30 miles will create/sell replacements. I'm going to have to order from E-Trailer. Was hoping with shipping to not pay $40, but that looks like my only options.

Any flare fitting does not get any sealant on any part. That includes the “inverted flare” found on some pigtail hoses to regulator. The outside threads of the piece that threads into the regulator will get sealant.

Finally received my regulator (Flame King), pigtails, and main 5' hose. Got it installed this am, and finished replacing the cover on my outdoor gfci protected outlet. A week or so ago, I replaced 3 outlets inside, this one outside, and the main gfci.once again, all outlets work, and propane is no longer leaking.
