Roof type?
I have 2006 keystone Springdale & I have no clue what type of roof I have. I was going to buy some sealer but I’m afraid I will purchase wrongly type. Does anyone know what I should purchase. I’m a clueless woman lol

Find a spot where you can see the underside of your roofing material. You can remove the trim from the inside of a roof vent (4 screws) or you might be able to see it by looking down into the shower skylight. If the roof material is black on the underside, it is EPDM rubber. If the underside is the same color as the top side then it is most likely TPO.
You might check on the container of the sealer you intend to buy. Dicor products are compatible with both types of roofing.

You can download the "official DICOR roof care manual" here: https://dicorproducts.com/rudys-down...care-handbook/
It's something you'll probably want to print out and stick in the owner's packet with all the rest of your owner's guides and keep in your trailer for ready reference. It's not a huge document, but is filled with great "how to" information.....

When using the tube Dicor in the seams does all the old have to come off first?

No, the old "damaged" or loose/non-adherent sealant needs to be removed. Then clean the remaining sealant and the roof surface that is going to be resealed. Apply new sealant to overlap the old so that the new bead contacts a clean roof surface and the old undamaged sealant surface. In other words, overlap the old and make sure there are not gaps in the new sealant that would leak.
