Remember it’s going to be a lot harder to do in reality . You will not be able to stand outside of your mock up layout in the trailer

So, Tunnel_Vision, it's been a while since you built your mockup on the shop floor. Have you made any further progress on the actual trailer?

I've seen some race teams remove the very wide sprint car tires and install regular size car tires to roll them in the trailer and save space. A jack and cordless impact gives a pretty fast turnaround time.
Assuming the ATV tires are wider than the fender.

Did you get any pictures? I'm sure that would help others out.

No, I had a senior moment , however next time (when it warms up a bit) I am going to load the two 450's in backwards and stand them up, tie them down and then bring in my and my wifes Trx 700's in on all four. The reason being is, you can get them in, but forget going back there for anything!

I used to haul a TRX300 and a TRX 400 standing in a 6 1/2' pickup bed with no problems.

We did a test and the YFZ450R had a little oil drip from the case vent. We haven’t tried it yet with the KFX450R.
